The design approach consists of creating a very vibrant and dynamic space by merging the relation between sky and earth. Using the sculptural organic form called “ Sky dome” inside the cubical form to make space appear larger with infinity appearance, achieving a visual effect that makes the sky dome look like a natural object. The Sky dome’s pattern is the result of a highly studied organic design inspired by “widmanstatten”. The pattern is repeated at various sizes and angles in the internal surface of the ceiling and walls. The result is a cinematic/ dramatic effect at night, it forms 2,450 lighting stars visible, named the ‘rain of stars’.
