The project is located in Heraa Street close to Al Madina Main road, north Jeddah city with 44,000 m2 built up area and 12 floors. A mix of uses – Intercontinental Staybridge suites, medical clinics, offices, banquet halls and retail creates a unique project determined by its suitability to this mix: large floor plates at the bottom for retails, banquet halls and entrance lobby for the office tower, the restaurants is located on the top of podium extended with open terraces overlooking to the courtyard view and the tower floors accommodate the offices.

The design intent is to create a sustainable new mixed-use complex with a contemporary design vision informed by the multiple objectives that outlined in the functional requirements, site conditions and environmental analysis.

The urban courtyard is defined by the architectural composition, clear hierarchy, orientation and similarity in the size of buildings, combined with direct view to the green plaza and outdoor terraces that encourage the interaction between the buildings and urban context.
