The project is located in the Obhor area, north of Jeddah city, with 15,000 m2 built up area and 2 floors. 

The project is composed of 12 residential villas developed as a master plan compound with a 15,000 m2 plot area, including a club house, swimming pools and landscape area.

The design of the project incorporates both environmental as well as social sustainability, with north east orientation maximizing natural ventilation, while the introverted L-shape design envelops the private garden and swimming pool for each villa in order to maximize privacy. Local building materials further promote sustainability, and optimally designed openings take full advantage of natural lighting while protecting from solar radiation.
