This project aims to address the fundamental issues of designing a mosque by distancing itself from the current common approach based on replicating traditional forms and elements, instead focusing on the essence of religious space. 

 

Through the use of pure forms and clean lines emerges a design that displays extravagance in its simplicity, created the sense of serenity and sanctity that is vital for prayer. The use of local building materials reflect locality and context, while also serving to promote environmental sustainability.
