The project is located on Prince Sultan Street close to Qabdah Square, north Jeddah city with 3,200 m2 built up area and 6 floors.
A unique project composed of service apartments and retail creates a landmark project. The design intent is to create a contemporary design vision informed by the multiple objectives that outlined in the functional requirements, site conditions and environmental analysis.
