This mixed-use megaproject in the Holy City of Makkah involved the collaboration of CA+ as the Structural Design Consultant with esteemed firms Amsad Architectural Associates as the Architectural Design Consultant, Skidmore Owings and Merril as the Facade and Interior Consultant, and SARL Consult as the MEP Consultant. The project consists of 20 semi-attached towers, composed of a 12-floor common podium, 30 typical floors, emergency and MEP floors.   

The scope of work included not only the structural design for the 150 meter-tall towers, but also the design of the complex surrounding road network, namely a fly-through bridge penetrating one of the towers over 20 meters above the ground, as well as a review of the podium design.
