The project is located in Riyadh city, with 10,000 m2 built up area and 2 floors, composed of 20 franchise restaurants.

Inspired by the traditional architecture of the Gulf this scheme aims to reinvent the market place, giving the families a new urban space shaded by a huge smart canopy. It combines franchise goods restaurants with food markets and craft-based trades. Like the traditional souk, these different experiences are brought together in an interior architecture of dappled sunlight, bright colors and fountains, with a changing rhythm of squares, courtyards and alley ways.
