The project is located on Sari Street close to King Abdul Aziz main road, in North Jeddah city with 19,000 m2 built up area and 22 floors. 

A unique project composed of a mix of uses – hotel apartments, offices, banquet halls and retail creates a landmark project determined by its suitability to this mix: large floor plates at the bottom for retails and entrance lobby for the office tower, hotel apartments and banquet hall located on the top of the tower 

The design intent is to create a sustainable new mixed use complex with a contemporary design vision informed by the multiple objectives that outlined in the functional requirements, site conditions and environmental analysis.
