The project is located in Dubai, with 40,000 m2 built up area and 12 floors. The design intent is to create an iconic building a contemporary design vision informed by the multiple objectives that outlined in the functional requirements, site conditions, environmental analysis and sea view.

The architectural composition inspired by the lines in nature and site surroundings to create the dynamic shape sloped toward the east side with cascading open terraces looking to the sea view. The top of the building is defined by an extruded circular shape restaurant.

The building façade is characterized by curtain glass wall facing the sea view gives the tower a lightness and a sensitivity to the changing sky around it, and mood are constantly changing, the double-skin, naturally ventilated facade with internal blinds.
