The northern facade of the hotel tower are glazed with louvers and green hanged gardens to provide spectacular views of the main internal court and the green roof tops, while the east facing elevation steps down in height, integrating the buildings with the surrounding urban grain. The podium level and surrounding external spaces provide a cluster of shops, cafes, restaurants, a gymnasium and ballrooms. Ground floor layout allows the natural air flow to penetrate the internal court.
